Workout in LESS Time With Better Results.

Metabolic workouts are what helped to transform the shape of my body.  Not only did I lose FAT, I gained MUSCLE.  The beauty about muscle is that it helps you define your shape and you can consume more calories.  As long as they are the right type of calories.

All my workouts are under 30 minutes, including the warm up and cool down.  The actual workout itself is never more than 15 minutes.  Some are even as little as 12 minutes!

It's not the amount of TIME, it's the effort you put in during that time.  This was a huge MINDSET change as I used to workout to the point of exhaustion.

Don't Be Afraid to Pick up a Dumbbell, Kettlebell or Resistance Band.

Women tend to shy away from lifting weight.  They think they will get bulky.  I suppose you can with the right testosterone levels and extreme weight lifting, but not with this program.

While the workouts use resistance, you don't have to use any if you don't want to especially if you are new to fitness. 

However,  I didn't form/reshape my muscles with body weight only.

Dr Misty has a Bachelor's of Science in Exercise Science, is a Board Certified Chiropractic Physician and Naturopath, Certified Functional Medicine Practitioner, and Certified Blood Work Specialist.  She has been in private practice for over 25 years.  She is a  specializes in Thyroid Function, Autoimmune Conditions and Gut Health.  Dr Senz has also been a Certified Fitness Trainer and Holistic Health Practitioner for over 28 years.
