What's in YOUR Pantry?

It's a closet full of processed, high fructose corn syrup enhanced, artificial color and flavorings and trans fat laden food.
This is why 50% of the country is diabetic/pre-diabetic, over 65,000 die of heart disease per year, and the second highest cause of chronic disease: Autoimmune Disorders is what is put into the body.
What you have on hand to eat will directly impact your health and the health of your family.

For the Kids:
I keep their lunch snacks in a green bin. They can only be used for lunches. What I usually have in there is different than what is picutured now. (As of this writing we are sitting in quarantine for the Covid 19. So I couldn't get what I usually have on hand)

So there you have it. The basics. You can create many meals from what's in this pantry by adding protein and fresh veggies or a salad.
